»Alright/Wing?« presents flyers that internationally renowned and lesser-known artists have made available for this project in the face of rampant right-wing populism worldwide. The project was originally conceived for the 10th anniversary of the Academia Autonomia in Athens, organised by Joulia Strauss, where all of the 43 posters were shown.
As flyers, the works are a hybrid of autonomous and activist art and will be shown and distributed at various art venues in 2024, for example in Athens, Berlin, Salzburg, Bochum, Hanover and Neuhausen. A selection of 13 works by Anonymous, Andreas Koch, Claus Föttinger, Deborah Ligorio, Shila Khatami, Jonathan Monk, Dan Perjovschi, Jost Wischnewski, Johannes Wohnseifer, Christine Würmell, Marie von der Uelzen and Stefanie von Schroeter can now be seen in the display windows of the Kunsthaus Dresden on Rähnitzgasse.
